Fred Halla was born in Songea, Southern part of Tanzania; he has been working as visual artist for more than ten years and he received his Art education at the University of Dar es salaam in 2005. His works come in different forms from cartoons, Illustrations, painting and mixed media. His inspirations come from life experience, people and events.
